2015 Premium GOV Colt
Sir Donnerhall I x Espri x Lemon xx
Bred By: Maplewood Warmbloods
Sold!!! CA, USA

MW Sir Espri was born on 4/17/2015 at the respectable hour of 9 pm. We waited 3 days for his arrival after both our milk testing and the mare said it was time. He was well worth the wait. I am convinced he stayed in to add just a bit more bling before delivery. He is a dark chestnut with 3 socks and a star.  Very excited to watch this one unfold and mature. He will be an incredible riding horse just like his brother MW Fabulous and full sister El.St. Solar Eclipse, whose daughter was 1e premium at 2016 Rastede.

The dam is MW St.Pr.St. Eclipse. The damline is responsible for the licensed stallions: Superchamp, Blue Horse Future Cup, WorldChamp, Temptation (Han), Rosentanz, & finally Instertanz V (Sire of Jennifer Hoffman’s outstanding stallion Rubinio). Should finish close to 17hh.

Eclipse has produced 100% Premium foals as well as a filly who returned to Germany as a 3yo to attend the German Mare Championships in Rastede where she finished 5th and earning her States Premium status.

MW Be Happy was proudly added to the MW herd in 2012. She is a leggy filly with uphill tendancies and very correct steps. She comes with a dream pedigree and a dam that consistently produces top stallions in breeding and in sport in Germany.

Happy is by the up-and-coming superstar Dante Weltino. He himself was the reserve champion colt in the 2009 Oldenburg Hengst-Tage 2009. Dante Weltino is “Ultramodern in type”, he has a strong presence and outstanding gaits.  He also demonstrated excellent balance and outstanding elasticity on the longe, paired with enormous propulsion as well as superb jumping.

Happy has an equally impressive Dam. Her dam Verb.St./El.St. Bonita (Rohdiamant x DeNiro x Manstein) from 5 generations of St.Pr./St.El. mares. Bonita has produced several extremely successful foals. Her 2009 colt Feu d’Or by Fackeltanz was a premium hengste at the 2011 Oldenburg Hengst-Tage and sold to Gestute BonHomme for 90,000 Euros.  She also produced the licensed 1g premium hengste by Sir Donnerhall named Sir Niro in 2009, Elite foal by San Amour named Showman in 2008, and the stallions Auftritt and Vorderriss.

– Congratulations to the Ayscha’s Angels Syndicate. MA & FL

8 daysMaplewood Warmbloods is both excited and honored to have taken care of Internationally ranked GP mare Ayscha for the past year. We were also blessed to have been able to breed her. She took to the job like an old pro and produced an outstanding filly for us. How rare to have offspring out of such a high performance mare and her quality came through in this gem. As you can see, she did not let us down in the bling department either. Ayscha has shown successfully all over the world with Canadian Olympian Shannon Dueck. At the young age of 14 she is taking this baby break before going back to work and competition after weaning.

Ayscha (Welt Hit II x Rouletto x Aktuell) is out of the damline of proven producer African Queen who has produced multiple GP horses. The damline includes approved stallions Alassio, Akteur, Donelli, Potsdam, and Godfather. The sire Franziskus  (Fidertanz x Alabaster x Rubinstein) placed high at Verden, Germany in the 6yo Young Horse World Championships this past year. He was also awarded German sire of the Year for his consistently high quality produce in Germany in 2014. He is ridden by the wonderful Ingrid Klimke who is sure to take him happily up the levels.

Florencio x Donnerhall x Pik Bube I
Breeder: M. Ferneding, GER

Stk-6.20#195-J.V (7)MW Donnahall & Trainer Jen Vanover

This mare is by Florencio who continued his fantastic performances in 2004, by becoming the World Champion for five-year-old dressage horses at Verden and by winning the Pavo Cup for dressage horses in Holland. At Verden in 2005, Florencio repeated by winning again with the highest score ever given for a dressage horse!

The dam, Dein Liebling, is a Donnerhall/Pik Bube mare, a line combination that needs no introduction to dressage offspring in the last decade. This particular dam produced approved stallions Sorento (by Sandro Hit). She also produced Lancia T (keur) and Samt Und Seide (Rastede Champion) ridden by Steffen Peters.  Donna’s granddam (Premiere) produced approved stallion Ruhmann (by Rubinstein) and several wonderful staatspremie mares such as Posie, Royal Princess, Royal Thunder, Partitur (all by Rohdiamant).

2007 Premium Dk Bay GOV Mare
Sandro Hit/Rosenkavalier/Milan
Bred By: Maplewood Warmbloods
SOLD – NY, USA

MW Reina is a lovely filly with a very sweet personality. She has a wonderful attitude and willingness to please and learn. Reina has been a joy to raise and has no vices. She is honest, intelligent, not spooky, not mareish ever, and always willing to work. Reina has three very good gaits at her GOV inspection she was rewarded an 8.5 for  her fabulous walk. Her walk translates to her upper level canter.

MW Reina is a talented 2007 mare out of North America’s only known Rosenkavalier mare. Rosenkavalier is also sire to Rubinstein, Blue Hors Romancier, Rhythmic Dancer, and Ravenna to name a few. Rubenstein is by far his most successful. Rubinstein is sire of Rohdiamant and many successful proven mares and stallions. Rosenkavalier offspring are known for their confidence, trainability, color, and presence in the ring. Her sire Sandro Hit needs no introductions.

MW Reina (Sandro Hit x Rosenkavalier) has been in full training with Kerensa Muller & Erin Powers. Currently schooling 2nd level.  This is the perfect mare for an amateur or young rider. She is a calm old soul with a fabulous work ethic and temperament.  Very easy on or off property – bombproof. Can trail ride alone through water over obstacles etc. Super at the shows. Calm in the stall and easygoing. A stress-free mare. Ride now, breed later! Would prefer her to have a show career, but with her bloodlines, she is also a perfect broodmare candidate. Currently stands 16.1 hh. For additional videos and photos please contact us.

OLDENBURG HORSE PRESS RELEASE

This past weekend at the Great American Insurance Group/USDF Championships Region 8 & Breeders New England Series he won his 2yo Colt class with a whopping 86.7% from judges: Janet Foy & William Solyntjes. He went on to win the Colt Championship USDF BC Qualifier & the Young Horse Championship. The following day he competed in the USDF BC New England Series Colt/Gelding Final where he became the Colt Champion!!! In 2011 he was the USDF GOV Yearling Horse of the Year (3rd USDF Overall) and Region 8 Reserve Champion Colt with an 83.3% from renowned German judge Christoph Hess. He is on target to be the USDF & GOV Horse of the year for 2012, averaging 85.3% every time he enters the ring. Jen would like to send a special thank you to Uwe Heckmann, Johannes Westendarp, and Holly Simenson for helping us find the perfect colt for MWW. Feinermark is sired by Licensing Champion Fidertanz, out of Vb.Pr.St Cindy from the Cyprona damline. This damline is already responsible for 4 approved stallions; Rio Zeus, Quizmaster, Raschid N and Rover as well as several States Premium mares; St.Pr./El.St Croissant and St.Pr.St. Cyrenaika. He is now 2.5 years old and continuing his winning ways. She is thrilled that he is continuing to develop correctly. “I am over the moon with this colt. He is an absolute pleasure to show and care for. He has a phenomenal temperament and is extremely easy to handle. I cannot wait to sit on him in the spring!”

Photograph: Beautiful MW Feinermark with Tommy Pushkal and Jen Vanover.

MW Donnahall is a special mare by Florencio (Florestan x Weltmeyer) and out of Dein Liebling (Donnerhall x Pik Bube I). This has been a very special partnership between Donnahall and MWW’s head trainer Jen Vanover who is now a USDF Bronze medalist and is supported by Trilogy Performance Saddlery and Purina. She is not the best mover in the barn, but “she just gets it” according to Jen. In 2011 when Jen trained with Guenter Seidel he said he wished he had 10 Donnahall’s in his barn – Jen wishes the same.

Due to her physical immaturity, Jen chose not to break Donna until she was 3.5yrs of age. Since then the pair has averaged a 68% in the ring and attended the Region 8 Championships every year including the USDF 4yo test where she scored a 7.87 in front of Bo Jena. In 2011, the pair placed 5th in the Region 8 Championships in trainng level. In 2012, Jen and Donnahall jumped an impressive 3 levels averaging a 67% at second level and taking the leap to 3-1 so Jen could acheive her bronze which they did in 2 classes with a 65%. The pair looks forward to perfoming 2-3 at the 2012 Regional Championships in hopes of placing high enough to attend the first ever National Championships.
