Congratulations to Maplewood Warmbloods! Their lovely 2010 GOV colt, MW Feinermark was awarded the title of 2012 USDF Horse of the Year, in the Two Year Old Colts division! MW Feinermark also took the top honors in the USDF All-Breeds GOV awards in the Two Year Old Colt/Geldings category. In 2012, he had an outstanding competition season starting with winning the Overall Grand Championship of the August Breed show with an 83.9%. He then went on to become the USDFBC Region 8 Champion Colt and Young Horse Champion with an 86.9% from Janet Foy and William Solyntjes. He had a median score for the year of 83.7% and an impressive consistent walk score of 9.5 and trot score of 8.5.
MW Feinermark is sired Fidertanz out of Verb.Pr.St Cindy by Flemmingh/Rohdiamant, from the Cyprona damline. He was bred by Ludger Holthaus in Germany and purchased by Maplewood Warmbloods at the 2010 Elite Foal Auction in Vechta as a stallion prospect. The special young colt surpassed expectations in 2012 and will be presented to the OHBS-GOV for licensing in 2013. “MW Feinermark is a very special colt.
